Glenys Elizabeth Kinnock, Baroness Kinnock (born 1944) is a Welsh politician and Member of the European Parliament, for the Labour Party. She sits with the Party of European Socialists. She entered in the 1994 elections.

She is married to former Labour Party leader Neil Kinnock and is a patron and president of various organisations including One World Action, Saferworld, and The Burma Campaign.
