Telat Üzüm is a Turkish football manager.
As a player he played for clubs like FC Köln and Fenerbahçe SK.
As a coach he was a assistant coach at Beşiktaş JK and Bayer Leverkusen. At Leverkusen he was the right hand man when the club reached the final of the Champions League losing 2-1 to Real Madrid in 2002. He also made betters player out of Michael Ballack and Yildiray Bastürk. And he coached youth clubs in Germany.
He later worked as a headcoach for Bani Yas Club in the United Arab Emirates. He is now coach of Ghanian Champions Asante Kotoko.
