Pathania is a Chandravanshi Rajput clan & they practice warrior rituals of Sanatan Dharm during their festivals similar to other Rajput clans. They established the kingdom of Nurpur in which is now the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh during the 11th century and ruled there until 1849.
