Erik Bornmann also worked as a communications consultant to the Council of Forest Industries and Canada Payphone Corporation. He has also served on the University of Victoria Academic Senate.
Bornmann worked as an intern for Canadian Finance Minister Paul Martin as well as to National Revenue Minister David Anderson.
BC Rail
Erik Bornmann is involved in what has come to be known as the B.C. Rail trial. It has been reported that he is expected to testify for the crown against two former government aides at an upcoming trial. The trial regards the BC government's sale of BC Rail in 2003.
