Telat Üzüm is a Turkish football manager.

As a player he played for clubs like FC Köln and Fenerbahçe SK.

As a coach he was an assistant coach at Beşiktaş J.K. and Bayer Leverkusen. At Leverkusen he was the right hand man when the club reached the final of the Champions League losing 2-1 to Real Madrid in 2002. He also made betters player out of Michael Ballack and Yildiray Bastürk. And he coached youth clubs in Germany.

He later worked as a headcoach for Bani Yas Club in the United Arab Emirates. He is now coach of Ghanian Champions Asante Kotoko.
