Temporary checkuser privileges for scrutineers
The Arbitration Committee has resolved by motion that:
On recommendation of the Electoral Commission, temporary English Misplaced Pages checkuser privileges are granted to stewards Sotiale, Martin Urbanec, and Tks4Fish solely for the purpose of their acting as scrutineers in the 2021 Arbitration Committee election.

Arbitration motion regarding Horn of Africa
The Arbitration Committee has resolved by motion to amend the case Horn of Africa as follows:
The already authorized standard discretionary sanctions for all pages relating to the Horn of Africa (defined as including Ethiopia, Somalia, Eritrea, Djibouti, and adjoining areas if involved in related disputes), broadly construed, are made permanent. The committee declines to open a full case. Any further amendments or requests for clarification should be made following the normal method.

Changes to the Functionaries email list
Following a review of current practices involving email lists, the Arbitration Committee has decided that the functionaries email list (functionaries-enlists.wikimedia.org) will no longer be set to accept incoming email aside from list members and WMF staff. For private concerns other than those requiring oversight, please contact the Arbitration Committee directly.
