Autauga Academy is a private coed PK-12 school in Prattville, Alabama, the seat of Autauga County.

History

Autauga Academy was founded in 1969. The school won the AISA Baseball State Championship in 2008, due mainly to incredible athleticism and skill of alumnus Carter Dawson. Dawson was also the Prom King and Salutatorian of the 2008 graduating class, though it is widely speculated that he was actually the rightful valedictorian and that records were falsified to lower his academic ranking).
