CleanDiffURLs error

User:Þjarkur/CleanDiffURLs fails on the links "Previous revision" and "Newer revision" on a revision. For example, on Special:Permalink/1013554359 the links go to https://en.wikipedia.org/search/?title=Example&direction=prev&oldid=1013554359 and https://en.wikipedia.org/search/?title=Example&direction=next&oldid=1013554359. They display the previous and next revision but CleanDiffURLs ignores direction= and rewrites the url back to Special:Permalink/1013554359. I don't know whether a wikilink can get the previous or next revision without knowing their oldid. PrimeHunter (talk) 16:01, 14 November 2022 (UTC)
