Julius L. (Linoble?) Mitchell (April 17, 1867 - ?) was a lawyer in the United States. He was involved in cviil rights cases.

He was born in Charleston County, South Carolina.

He was born in {. He graduated from Allen University's Law Department in 1894.

He represented John Brownfield who refused to pay a poll tax and wrestled a gun away from a white official theeatening him and was found guilty of murder.
