Request reason:
I haven't broken a single rule, and I'm being banned by people who hold personal grudges against me. Several Wikipedians have questioned the validity of this ban, so there is clearly not consensus, and meanwhile those banning me have utterly ignored the entire dispute resolution process; in addition, they have banned me from IRC, the mailing list, and are censoring my user_talk page so as to prevent me from having any chance of ever appealing this. All I want is a fair trial before the arbitration committee, where the specific evidence against me is spelled out, and I am given a chance to present my side of the story.
Decline reason:

Speedy deletion of SmarTruck
The page SmarTruck has been speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This was done under section G14 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it was an orphaned disambiguation page which either
- disambiguated only one extant Misplaced Pages page and whose title ended in "(disambiguation)" (i.e., there is a primary topic);
- disambiguated zero extant Misplaced Pages pages, regardless of its title; or
- was a redirect with a title ending in "(disambiguation)" that did not target a disambiguation page or page that has a disambiguation-like function.
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time. Please see the disambiguation page guidelines for more information.
Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, you may contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you may open a discussion at Misplaced Pages:Deletion Review.
