Francis "Francie" Bellew (born March 25, 1976) is an Irish Gaelic footballer whose county team is Armagh. He is a fan favourite, and has also been considered one of the best defenders in the modern game. He has won 3 All-Ireland club medals with Crossmaglen Rangers in 1997, 1999 and 2000. The pinnacle of his career was 2002 when he won an All-Ireland senior medal with Armagh when they defeated Kerry in the final. Francie made his inter-county debut against Louth in early 2002, and then subsequently made his Championship debut against Tyrone in the Ulster Championship. He currently has four Ulster Championship medals, from 2002, 2004, 2005 and 2006.
