The Fujitsu Tower is a 17-floor office skyscraper on 141 The Terrace (284 Lambton Quay) in Wellington, New Zealand.

History

Following the 2016 Kaikōura earthquake, the tower was given an assessment order by the Wellington City Council. The building was flooded for the second time due to heavy rain in June 2022.
