map
Hello Triggerhippie4. If you could, please restore the previous map used in other articles until a better one is available. This recently created one uses POV terms reflecting the official position of Azerbaijan and is not npov. Thanks. - Kevo (talk) 13:55, 19 September 2023 (UTC)
Merge templates
Hi, you've added merge templates to Violence against journalists in the 2023 Israel–Hamas war and List of journalists killed in the 2023 Israel–Hamas war, but it doesn't appear that you have started a discussion anywhere explaining the addition of the templates. This actually needs some pretty serious explanation, because the difference between a page and a list is quite an obvious, significant and discrete one, with the two having entirely different functions and content expectations, i.e. a page should be in prose; a list in list form, per MOS:LIST, so an explanation about what kind a merger is anticipated in this context is needed. Siege of Al-Shifa Hospital
It is a major WP:CONTENTFORK and there is no reason to split it off from Siege of Gaza City. In fact, when I just put the whole (now redirected) article into a word counter, it was 242 words. The Siege of Gaza City article (including those 242 words) is at a readable prose size of 1,444 words. Per WP:SIZESPLIT, there is no reason to split. Cheers! - I wanted to ask if you could withdraw the edit-warring noticeboard, since I self-reverted the 1RR violation edit as well as stated that I planned to take a Israel-Hamas war topic wikibreak for a while and focus on content outside the war. I understand if you do not wish to withdraw, but for me, it would be much appreciated. Have a good day and cheers! The Weather Event Writer (Talk Page) 21:24, 13 November 2023 (UTC)
Notice of 1RR violation
Hey Triggerhippie4. In this edit you edit warred on a CTOPS article. In order to keep good faith, I wanted to alert you prior to a report. I suggest you self-revert the violation. Cheers! The Weather Event Writer (Talk Page) 22:43, 13 November 2023 (UTC)
- Stop playing games. I restored the links you wrongfully removed. Triggerhippie4 (talk) 22:51, 13 November 2023 (UTC)
- Reasoning doesn't matter. That specific edit was a violation of 1RR and on that article, I did not violate 1RR. I am not wanting to mention it at the noticeboard as I want to resolution of peace and good faith with our dispute, but I don't see how you report for a clear 1RR violation, then break 1RR yourself and then say you didn't. Like really? I also presume you turned down my request for a withdrawal of the noticeboard, correct? The Weather Event Writer (Talk Page) 23:03, 13 November 2023 (UTC)
- You are clearly acting in bad faith, since you agreed to restore the page on AN. The only logical next step is to restore links to it that you removed in related articles. Why are you asking me to remove the link now? Triggerhippie4 (talk) 23:15, 13 November 2023 (UTC)
