Dpotop

User:Tiraspolitan was created as a throwaway account and self-confessed sockpuppet for use only in an ongoing 30 March - 31 March revert warring of Transnistria. With similar activiy patterns and edits on the same page, within the same time span, I suspect User:Dpotop to use this sock in order to breach 3RR. The edits are similar. Evidence of breaching 3RR: 19:58, 30 March 2007; 20:11, 30 March 2007; 11:11, 31 March 2007; 18:19, 31 March 2007; 19:19, 31 March 2007.

User:Tiraspolitan was just blocked on suspicion of being a sockpuppet of another user (Bonaparte). He has twice denied being Bonaparte's sock, and I believe him. I suspect that he is Dpotop's sock and created for 3RR breaching. Since he has currently requested an unblock, and since Dpotop engaged in the same activity immediately after this sock was blocked, it is important to settle this issue definitively.
