StarryNightSky11 is busy and is going to be on Misplaced Pages in off-and-on doses, and may not respond swiftly to queries.
If I'm busy I am still around the site, however messages and mentions may not receive a quick response.
If I'm offline I'm busy in real life, however I still monitor my emails for message and ping notifications. I will reply as soon as I can.

Spelling

Please be aware of consistency of spelling in articles before changing the spellings of individual words. Recently, you twice changed the spelling of one occurrence of the word "organization" to "organisation" without recognizing that the word was spelled with a "z" throughout the Chemical industry article. Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 week for edit warring and violating the three-revert rule, as you did at Frank Lampard. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Misplaced Pages's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Aoidh (talk) 23:04, 21 January 2024 (UTC)

This user is asking that their block be reviewed:

StarryNightSky11 (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

I have read up on Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines and will promise to refrain from this behaviour in future, even if 0RR or 1RR restrictions are temporarily applied, except in cases of obvious vandalism, I will also use talk pages to use BRD instead of constant reverting as I release this isn't acceptable and would rather remain civil and friendly with fellow editors here, the block is no longer necessary and I will make the proper actions to stop this happening in the future -- StarryNightSky11 23:28, 22 January 2024 (UTC)

Notes:

  • In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
  • Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
Administrator use only:

If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:

{{Unblock on hold |1=blocking administrator |2=I have read up on Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines and will promise to refrain from this behaviour in future, even if 0RR or 1RR restrictions are temporarily applied, except in cases of obvious vandalism, I will also use talk pages to use BRD instead of constant reverting as I release this isn't acceptable and would rather remain civil and friendly with fellow editors here, the block is no longer necessary and I will make the proper actions to stop this happening in the future -- ] ] 23:28, 22 January 2024 (UTC) |3 = ~~~~}}

If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting {{subst:Decline reason here}} with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.

{{unblock reviewed |1=I have read up on Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines and will promise to refrain from this behaviour in future, even if 0RR or 1RR restrictions are temporarily applied, except in cases of obvious vandalism, I will also use talk pages to use BRD instead of constant reverting as I release this isn't acceptable and would rather remain civil and friendly with fellow editors here, the block is no longer necessary and I will make the proper actions to stop this happening in the future -- ] ] 23:28, 22 January 2024 (UTC) |decline = {{subst:Decline reason here}} ~~~~}}

If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting Accept reason here with your rationale:

{{unblock reviewed |1=I have read up on Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines and will promise to refrain from this behaviour in future, even if 0RR or 1RR restrictions are temporarily applied, except in cases of obvious vandalism, I will also use talk pages to use BRD instead of constant reverting as I release this isn't acceptable and would rather remain civil and friendly with fellow editors here, the block is no longer necessary and I will make the proper actions to stop this happening in the future -- ] ] 23:28, 22 January 2024 (UTC) |accept = accept reason here ~~~~}}
