Mark Dean Kelly (born June 28, 1956 in Enid, Oklahoma) was a Christian bassist most remembered for being a member of legendary Christian rock band Petra during the 1980s. Kelly joined Petra in 1981 and recorded seven albums with them before retiring in 1987.

In 2000, he assisted with his former bandmates and current Petra band members to the band's induction in the Gospel Music Hall of Fame.
