noting also user-name match, and to the spammed site (was picked up by COIBot as well). The IP is probably a generally abusable proxy (see its block log), but also specifically involved in this set of accounts by content. And it complained about being blocked at a time when it wasn't directly but some of the spam-accounts were. Several of these accounts were also active on commons (blocked and uploads deleted as solely for x-wiki abuse and also containing nonfree content) and one on wikidata. All blocked on enwiki, Probably nothing more to do here for now, but centralize the info. DMacks (talk) 18:24, 24 December 2024 (UTC)
