Private matters

The clerks may be contacted privately, in the event a matter could not be prudently addressed publicly (i.e., on this page), by composing an email to clerks-l@lists.wikimedia.org; only the clerk team and individual arbitrators have access to emails sent to that list.

Procedures

A procedural reference for clerks (and arbitrators) is located here.

Pending actions

Clerks and informal helpers, please coordinate your actions through this section, so that we don't have multiple clerks working on the same cases at the same time. An IRC channel, #wikipedia-en-arbcom-clerks, exists.

Recusals

Clerks or helpers who have COI issues with a particular case and wish to abstain from clerical activities therein may indicate their recusal here.

Assistance

Just as a friendly note, I'm interesting in helping the clerks out if they need/want me. If you need any help, if you're going away for a week or two and need someone to dump a case on in the meantime, I'm here to help :) I did a little bit of ArbCom clerking earlier this year, but a series of events all happened pretty quickly which reduced my Wiki-time. Now, things seem to be stabilizing out, so I figure I'll reoffer my informal services. Cheers, Daniel 01:31, 29 July 2007 (UTC)

Thanks, Daniel. Given that most of us are in the Northern Hemisphere, there have been a fair number of summer vacation wiki-breaks, etc., so we will definitely be taking advantage of your kind offer. Regards, Newyorkbrad 01:38, 29 July 2007 (UTC)
