Marina Kaljurand (born 6 September 1962) is an Estonian diplomat (though notably not of Estonian heritage), and as of 2007, the ambassador to Russian Federation of Republic of Estonia.

In the campaign of Nashi and Molodaya Gvardiya to blockade the Estonian embassy during the Bronze Soldier of Tallinn ruckus, Kaljurand was generally considered a focus of the attacks.
