Joe Vialls has published a number of books and web sites outlining various conspiracy theories. Vialls' published books include Deadly Deception at Port Arthur, The Murder of Policewoman Yvonne Fletcher and Lockerbie and the Bombing of Pan Am 103. According to his website, he is a private investigator.

Joe Vialls is known for his book based on the Port Arthur Massacre (ref: , ), which has been linked with National Rifle Association gun lobby groups suggesting that there was a cover up by the John Howard government in order to "take guns from their rightful owners" (ref: , ).

Vialls has self-pulished many shorter articles, including Did New York Orchestrate The Asian Tsunami?, subtitled "With Afghanistan and Iraq already lost, the Wall Street bankers were all desperately looking for other ways to control our world, when suddenly and very conveniently, the Sumatran Trench exploded."

Other titles include Russia Ready to Vaporize the Jewish State, Australian Government Agents Bomb Sydney, and Smoking Helps Protect Against Lung Cancer.
