Summary

Seal of the Chickasaw Nation. This image was converted electronically from a PDF to an SVG by User:kotra. The Chickasaw Nation presumably retains the copyright on this image. Permission for use of the Chickasaw seal can be granted by the Chickasaw Tribal Legislature (according to ). However, permission is unnecessary as this logo is believed to qualify as Fair Use for use on articles mainly about the Chickasaw Nation because it:

• illustrates the main topic of the article,
• is not replaceable (except by a similarly copyrighted flag image), and
• does not misrepresent the seal by using only a portion of the image.
