Kasper Baltazar Eistrup (born January 24, 1973) is the lead singer, guitar player, composer, songwriter and founding member of the Danish band Kashmir.

In the spring of 1991 he met two of his future bandmembers while staying at Kastanievejens Efterskole as a student. They formed a band called Nirvana, which was later changed due to the American band of the same name gaining fame.
