Hello, and welcome to Misplaced Pages, the 💕! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Newcomers help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}}
on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
I noticed you are known only as an IP address; that means you are not signed up. To sign up, you only need to click Create account and choose a username and password. You don't need to provide any personal information. If you sign up, you'll have a username that others can use to recognize you and leave you messages on the wiki. You'll be able to sign your name just by typing four tildes (~~~~) when you leave someone else a message. Plus, you (and others) will easily be able to see a list of all your contributions to Misplaced Pages.
If you have any questions, see the help pages, ask at the Village pump, or feel free to ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! Mariano(t/c) 09:48, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
Re:Libertadores
Hola Sebas! Latin America
Hello Sebasbronzini, it is highly unusual to highlight the lowest rank in a table like the one you edited in the article Latin America. Specially when your edits are not helping to the better understanding of the table. The bold text confuses the highest ranks. Please do not highlight the lowest ranks anymnore. - I'm sorry but I still think the same. The highest rank and the lowest rank were both just highlighted using bold text, which was confusing. Haiti holds the lowest rank in each category, that also confused the table, since all its statistics were highlighted with plain bold text.
- However, I applied what I think is the best solution. I colored green the highest ranks and colored pale yellow the lowest. Also, I used bold text only to the highest ranks. I think it looks better. What do you think? AlexCov 20:02, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
Rxart
Brunettes userbox
I just thought I'd let you know that Krimpet (talk · contribs) took it on herself to delete the brunettes userbox you were using. This follows other subjects about women she has chosen to take on herself whether or not they should be on Misplaced Pages the past two weeks, including starting an "edit war" on the DYK section of the main page. Thought you might want to know.--King Bedford I 23:23, 4 August 2008 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of Rxart
A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Rxart, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
- Subject isn't independently notable outwith the vendor; all notable content has been merged to Pixart
All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Misplaced Pages's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Misplaced Pages is not" and Misplaced Pages's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
