Virgin Nigeria is the new national flag carrier of Nigeria. As at 11 September 2005, it operated 2 wet-leased Airbus A320s and 1 wet-leased Airbus A340-300. The airline connects its Lagos hub to domestic destinations such as Abuja and Port Harcourt, in addition to international destinations in West Africa, Central and South Africa, and Europe.
