Charter Communications Nasdaq: CHTR is a company providing cable television, HDTV, cable telephone, and broadband services to many cities in the United States.
The company is particularly known for its poor customer service, among the worst in the cable industry, and for employing criminals. Several charter exectutives received felony fraud convictions in 2003.
