Thomas Wayne Jenkins (born December 14, 1947) is an American golfer.

Jenkins was born in Houston, Texas. He attended the University of Houston, where he was a member of the winning 1970 NCAA Division I golf team. He graduated in 1971 and turned professional. His only PGA Tour victory was the 1975 IVB-Philadelphia Golf Classic. With seven wins in his eleven years on the Champions Tour and more than $11 million in prize money, Jenkins currently ranks 10th on the all time money list for the Champions Tour.

Prior to joining the Champions Tour Jenkins was the lead instructor at Dave Pelz's short game schools, for several years.
