Lancashire CCC

Hi, I've reverted your addition of flags to the above article and should explain why. It's policy to avoid using flag icons unless it's useful to the reader (see MOS:FLAG for further details); in the instance you were adding them it was not useful. It's hardly surprising that an English team has mostly English players (Northants and Leicester are frankly appalling) so theirs no need to emphasise the point; straight from the policy page "do not emphasize nationality without good reason". The same goes for the notable players section where it's already stated which country the players represents. The flags are unnecessary, although may have a place in the infobox at the top of an article as a kind of shorthand which isn't necessary elsewhere. Sorry if I was off-hand about reverting you before, and it's good to see someone taking interest in the county articles which vary widely in quality. Happy editing, Nev1 (talk) 00:13, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

You've been mentioned, but not by name

Rumours

I reverted your edit to Chichester High School for Boys as we do not do rumour only fact, and it could be libel.--Charles (talk) 23:05, 6 March 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Cricket in Romania

A tag has been placed on Cricket in Romania, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing no content to the reader. Please note that external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article don't count as content. Please see Misplaced Pages:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Help!!!

{{helpme}} The Current Squad box seems to be broken in this section on the Hampshire County Cricket Club page, I've tried to fix it but every amendment I make doesn't seem to have an effect. If anyone can work out why it is broken and fix it that would be great. HampshireCricketFan (talk) 20:59, 4 September 2009 (UTC)

Fixed, I think, with this edit. The headings were set to span 6 columns and there are only 5 (e.g. ! colspan="5" | Batsmen, and also a couple of entries had an extra || on the end, which made the whole thing into 6 columns.
For more help, you can either;
Best wishes,  Chzz  ►  21:11, 4 September 2009 (UTC)
