A Course in miracles or ACIM is a channeling received by an American woman Helen Schucman working in New York City that has been written down in a book. She believed that these messages came from Jesus.

The channeling teaches that the world is an illusion and the need for atonement with God. It says that the objective world is a reflection of your own mind. This is repeated in many different ways in the book. The reader is supposed to realize this deeply by reading and practicing the message of the book over and over.
