For self-nominators
If you have contributed significantly to an article you believe to be good, list it below under "Self-nominations". You are done.
For all others
If you see an article below under "Self-nominations" that you haven't significantly contributed to and that you consider to be good, remove it from the list, add {{GA}} to its talk page, and list it on Misplaced Pages:Good articles.
If you see an article below under "Self-nominations" that you don't consider to be good, simply remove it from the list. It might be polite to give a reason in your edit summary.
