The Arab Times is an English language newspaper based in Kuwait. It started publication in 1977 and was founded by Ahmed Jarallah. The newspaper lost its readers with the introduction of Watan Times English newspaper. Most of the articles in the paper are from Reuters and AFP, with little local reporting.
