Newark Broad Street Station is an historic New Jersey Transit commuter rail station on the northern side of Newark, New Jersey. Built in 1906 by the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad to serve its commuter line from Hoboken to Denville and points as far west as Chicago, Illinois via long distance trains. The station's historic architecture includes an elegant clock tower and a brick and stone facade on the station's main building.

Broad Street Station is currently served by the Morristown Line and the Gladstone Branch of the Morris and Essex Lines, and the Montclair-Boonton Line. In 2006, the Newark City Subway will be extended from Newark Penn Station to the Broad Street Station as part of the Newark-Elizabeth Rail Link, which will allow easier transfers between New Jersey's rail stations in Newark.
