The New Teacher Project (TNTP) is a United States non-profit organization founded by Michelle Rhee.

The New Teacher Project (TNTP) is a nonprofit founded in 1997 by former Teach For America alumni Michelle Rhe with the aim of closing the achievement gap by providing high-need students with outstanding teachers. TNTP has trained approximately 37,000 teachers, which has the effect of benefiting an estimated 5.9 million students nationwide.
