  1. It illustrates an educational article discussing the campaign to which this book cover relates.
  2. The image is used as the primary means of visual identification the book which is the subject of discussion in the article.
  3. The image provides a reference for the fact that SAVE conducted a campaign.
  4. It is a low resolution image, and thus not suitable for production of counterfeit goods.
  5. The image of the book cover is not used in such a way that a reader would be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the copyright owner of the book.
  6. It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value.
