He commands the Repliforce, an army that supposedly fights Mavericks. Colonel takes orders from General, the Repliforce leader. Colonel can also be seen in the game Mega Man Battle Network 5: Team of Colonel as a Navi that forms a team to stop Nebula. He is from Netopia.
