Originally known as Source Productions, Golden Era employs Sea Org members who put out 60 hours of work a week to do this delicate job; many Sea Org members work and reside at Golden Era's studio compound in Hemet, California.official Scientology faq
The grounds of Golden Era Studios are said to also be the home of many high church officials including David Miscavige, the chairman of the board of the RTC.
