User started 22 Feb and shows great familiarity with WP:CFD procedure and makes arguments there which I recognise as classic "Otto4711 style". User contributions show tendency to edit same range of topics as otto4711 such 2011 in LGBT rights; he has had socks blocked on 2010 in LGBT rights. Tim! (talk) 08:51, 19 March 2011 (UTC)
