128.135.104.220 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RDNS · RBLs · http · block user · block log) is a University of Chicago IP number, and suspected to be user Marcosantezana (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · nuke contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) of the same university who was blocked for 24 hours yesterday for 3RR. He just reverted the Natural selection page again, type of edit summary is identical as previous reverts of him of the by consensus reached new lead section. Template:Vandal:205.188.117.7 the only purpuse of this IP address is vandalism, yet all it gets is few minutes slaps on the wrist. Why not ban him for months and get serious?
