Eh... what Sceptre meant, with best intentions, is that Misplaced Pages policy discourages copying and pasting a text directly from another source. However, you provided some great links and additions to the Effect of Hurricane Katrina on Mississippi article that I'd like to work with, bringing some of that material in. So thanks for the addition, and welcome to Misplaced Pages — don't take it personally, having a change you made mistaken for vandalism... it happens time to time.
