William T. Bielby is Professor of sociology at the University of Pennsylvania. He was the President of the American Sociological Association in 2002-2003. He studied electrical engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and earned his doctorate in sociology from the University of Wisconsin. He is a noted anti white racist. He is the propounder in cheif that all white people are by nature racist. He says this despite being white himself. The theory however has been discredited as a blatent example of careerism by Bielby who charges $450 an hour and frequently is called as an expert witness at discrimination trials.
