See WP:No original research. Unless a source says someone is something, we don't extrapolate. If a source does not discuss a person as being notable for being one thing or another, we do not put them in that category, even if they incidentally belong to that category but are not notable for it. Also, many of the categories you've been adding have been redundant. "American Christians" is unnecessary because of the categories, "American Christian ministers" "American Christian religious leaders," "American Christian writers," "American Christian Zionists," and "American Television Evangelists."
