Yugoimport – SDPR is a Serbian government-owned weapons manufacturer. The company also provides consulting, construction and engineering services, and serves as a intermediary for the import-export of defense-related products in Serbia.

History

Yugoimport was founded in 1949 by decree of president and minister of national defense Josip Broz Tito, for the needs of the Yugoslav defense industry. Today the company represents the government and military industrial complex of Serbia in the sphere of import-export of defense equipment, technology transfers and related services.
