Nickname

As per http://www.pokerlistings.com/poker-player_marsha-waggoner, her nickname is The Grand Dame of Poker. Dunno where The Thunder from Down Under came from. Awinkler (talk) 22:24, 15 January 2008 (UTC)

Cleanup

Lots of unsourced info in the article, seems like it was written by somebody who knows the subject, which isn't appropriate.

I would also like this line cleaned up so it's not so promotional "the 2003 National Championship of Poker, playing in the Limit 7 Card Stud Hi/Lo event". That's not the 'national championship of poker' it is a $100 buy-in tournament at Hollywood Park and should be given an appropriate level of description, not oversold. Well then be bold. Also, the cited biographies include substantial amounts of personal information so feel free to add citations to facts as you find appropriate. (See e.g. the articles on PokerListings, which include personal interviews with Waggoner and that's where most of the personal info comes from.) Thefamouseccles (talk) 04:06, 12 September 2014 (UTC)
