Union Council# 17, situated on Jhang-Faisalabad Road. This is a small town. Its population is about 15000 and its area is about 20 square km and it is the biggest town of Tehsil Gojra.

Naya Lahore or New Lahore (Punjabi, Template:Lang-ur), Situated Near Gojra Tehsil at Jhang Road 35 Kilometers from Faisalabad, is a Small Town of Toba Tek Singh District in the Punjab

Story about Name of Nawan Lahore

Long time ago time there was a dispute about name of this village.People of two groups(Sial and Sikhs) were in strong position so they want to name this town according to their desire.Sial wanted to name this town WARAHAAM WALA, Waraham was nawab at that time from sial community.Sikh wanted to name this town on the name of their person.But panchayat decided to name this town NAWAN LAHORE.
Because at that time there was a bus service between Lahore and Multan.Buses were not very good, so it was difficult for driver to stop bus.At that time nawan lahore was not well known stop(Village) ,also was known due to its number(338 JB).Because Nawan Lahore is situated in middle of Lahore and Multan or Faisalabad and Jhang.
Due to its location many people ride and take down from this stop, so due to irritation conductor and driver often say "why you are making this stop Nawan(NEW) Lahore"in punjabi Aa ki Tusi Nawan e Lahore bana lia a So panchayat decided to name this town NAWAN LAHORE
So this is story of name of this town...May ALLAH bless People of this town...
