WSIL-TV is an ABC affiliate in Harrisburg, Illinois. It operates on analog channel 3. It also operates a satellite sister station, KPOB channel 15 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Both stations are owned by Melvin C Wheeler, LLC.
WSIL, which signed on the air in December 1953, (originally on UHF channel 22), is part of the Harrisburg, IL/Cape Girardeau, MO/Paducah, KY TV market and covers southern Illinois and western Kentucky, plus southeastern Missouri and part of northeastern Arkansas (via KPOB, which signed on the air on September 15, 1967).
