Macedonia or Macedon may refer to:

  • Macedonia (region), region of the southern Balkans in Europe divided between Greece, the Republic of Macedonia, Bulgaria, Albania and Serbia and Montenegro.
  • Republic of Macedonia, a European country, mostly called simply Macedonia, also referred to as the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM)
  • Macedonia (Greece), a region of Greece (southern -Aegean- part; occupies more than half of the geographical region of historical Macedonia), also called the Aegean Macedonia that is subdivided into three administrative districts:
  • Pirin Macedonia, the Blagoevgrad Province of Bulgaria
  • Macedon or Macedonia - the ancient kingdom of Philip II, Alexander the Great, and their successors
  • Macedonia (Roman province), a province of the Roman Empire
