Geog help

You clearly know your way around the old provinces etc, per our recent messages at WT:INB. I've now recalled the article that I was referring to there and wonder if you can assist in this thread. Dear Sitush, I would be always willing to help. I just went thru Jaiprakash Narayan article and one link says the village Sitab Diara in Saran. Now, if he was born in 1902 as said earlier - Saran was part of Bengal Presidency.
