Charlotte Ray Rosenberg or Charlie Ray (born March 8, 1992) is an actress best known for her role as Rosemary Telesco in Little Manhattan, a love story about two fifth-grade kids. Born in New York City, she is the younger sister of filmmaker Jackson Waite of California. Charlie also has a great passion for dancing, dancing since the age of 3 and Performing Routines at the age of 5 Charlie has studied Jazz, Hip hop, Ballet and Tap.
