Pavol Poliaček (born 4 February 1988) is a Slovak football midfielder who currently plays for the Slovak 2. liga club TJ Baník Ružiná, on loan from MŠK Žilina. He recently played on loan for FC Baník Ostrava in the Czech Gambrinus liga.
