Vivid released the film on October 19, 2005 and is comprised of Sizemore having sex with several women. The film's title and packaging implied that the video was a leaked celebrity sex tape that caused a tabloid scandal.
The footage on the release was shot in an amateur style and showed Sizemore with three brunettes, one of which was later identified as porn star Jersey Jaxin. Sizemore also discusses claims of other sexual encounters, one of which he claimed was with Paris Hilton. Hilton challenged the claims, stating that she had never had sex with Sizemore, that he was not an acquaintance, and that he was making the claim in order to increase sales.
