Encyclopedia Dramatica is as noteworthy as Uncyclopedia or any other humor-based Wiki. Sure, the humor is a bit raunchy and vulgar and may never appeal to a mainstream audience, but it's still funnier than Uncyclopedia. (Which is very unfunny)
Contrary to popular belief, it's not just about blog drama, and gets a lot of hits. So don't get your panties up in a bunch and say stuff about non-notability.
Don't see why there shouldn't be an article.
